Delivery & Returns
All our products are sent by 1st class post and we aim for next day delivery although any orders placed after 1pm may take longer.
We do not charge for delivery to the UK mainland - postage is free!
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered unless this is caused by our negligence. We will endeavour to deliver within 14 days or sooner, but please allow up to 30 days. International delivery will take longer. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. You may cancel from the day of the order and up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive your goods (this exceeds the statutory minimum of 7 days). If you wish to cancel, please e-mail email@example.com. We must have written notice of your cancellation.
You will receive a full refund within 30 days of cancellation in the same format that you paid for the goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging (or similar packaging to ensure safe transit) as soon as possible. Return postage will be at your cost, using Special Delivery or equivalent with adequate insurance cover. Alternatively return collection via a courier can be arranged, the cost of this service will be deducted before your refund is given. Goods should be returned to:

Nethertons Christian Cards will endeavour to ensure that all products are securely packaged so that they arrive intact. However, we recommend that you check the condition of your purchase when it is delivered. If the product/s you receive is damaged or incorrectly supplied, please inform us within 7 working days of delivery. We will pay the cost of return postage. Please note that we will not accept the return of any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods where you fail to notify us of this within 7 days of receiving them.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if the goods are not available or if the goods were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error. If we do cancel the contract, we will notify you by e mail and will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us as soon as possible but within 30 days of your order.
